Hello and thank you for participating in this survey. I hope you find the resources helpful. I would like every AHC appointment to be as routine and quick as a vaccination appointment so that vets can get back to doing what they love. This has been my mission since 2021 when I found that issuing Animal Health Certificates was taking far too much time and founded OVForm (www.ovform.com). By completing this survey you will help us find out where practices are struggling so that we can create new ways to help lighten the load of export paperwork.
